Topic: Endoanchor experience in Taiwan

Abstract

PEVAR procedure has been widely adopted to treat most aortic aneurysm diseases. The challenging cases of aortic aneurysms with hostile necks, such as wide, short, conical , and angulated anatomy have higher risk of type Ia endoleak after EVAR procedures. In the past decades, several strategies were proposed to reduce the complications, such as chimney technique, fenestration method, and branched graft. Endoanchor is one of these with most effective and efficient. In this lecture, Prof Su will share several challenging clinical cases that were successfully treated with Endoanchor, and his experience about tips and tricks of end-anchor
